Parker sandals

I do not recommend the product or the brand at all. First, I ordered the black ones in 37 and the shipment should take 15 days and ir took a month to arrive here in Spain. I received the sandals and after used them twice they started to broke. I have been trying to contact customer service for two weeks and it is impossible. I am very disappointed and I need a solution.
